Growing up in a farming community, the son and grandson of small business owners, family and family traditions have always been an important part of life. However, it wasn’t until after he went through some deep valleys on his life’s journey which caused him to become introspective that Chuck began to see his life with greater clarity. It was during these years that he was able to clarify his vision of his life’s purpose, passions, and to establish the principles he wanted to live his life by. Which led him to his ultimate mission…a mission of serving, supporting, and helping others achieve higher levels of success.
For the past twenty-six years Chuck Cooper has committed to that mission through serving small and mid-size business owners by helping connect leadership with their people. Chuck believes that people are a company’s greatest asset which is why he is passionate about helping bridge the gap within a multi-generational workforce and building trust throughout the organization. He has found that by being authentic and transparent in his communication he has been able to use his life experiences, the victories and the failures, to build trust with people at all levels of an organization.
His focus today is on building and expanding the legacy he will leave to his children and grandchildren. Chuck was entrusted with a rich legacy that was started by his grandparents, passed to his parents and then on to him. His passion is to build a legacy that includes Faith, Family and Love through the serving of others.
